OVERVIEW
Aligned Climate Capital is a renewable energy investment firm funding the companies, people, and infrastructure driving global decarbonization. In the fall of 2024, the firm partnered with Yerba Studios to overhaul its visual media portfolio — from its website and investor decks to presentations and proposals. Their existing imagery was outdated and failed to reflect the scale, professionalism, and impact of their growing portfolio. The goal was to refresh the company’s visual identity with new high-quality content that embodied both credibility and inspiration.

OBJECTIVE
The project’s objective was to capture a cohesive library of high-resolution aerial photos and videos from nine partner solar sites across the Northeast before the fall foliage season ended. The deliverables would serve as a foundational visual asset bank for Aligned Climate Capital’s web presence, investor relations materials, and marketing communications — helping the firm better convey its mission, impact, and scale to partners and investors.

CREATIVE APPROACH
Chris Foy served as Director and Drone Operator for the project, executing a demanding multi-state production over the course of four days. Traveling through Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Maryland, Chris captured cinematic aerial imagery at nine solar farm locations, highlighting both the engineering scale and the natural beauty of the renewable sites.The resulting visuals were seamlessly integrated across Aligned Climate Capital’s website, investor decks, and social media channels — elevating the firm’s brand image and creating a polished, unified visual identity that reflects its leadership in sustainable infrastructure investment.
